Assurance of Learning - AOL

This website provides information on IESA’s Assurance of Learning (AOL) process. AOL is a systematic and continuous process, which allows us to ensure that our students reach the learning goals and objectives initially established in the curricula of each of the Masters Programs. Complying with each of the steps in the AOL process and analyzing the results, allows us to make constant improvement and in our postgraduate courses. The AOL process complies with the AACSB accreditation standards.

What is Assurance of Learning

AOL is a continuous and systematic process with follow-up to the evaluation of student learning.

It is a process that ensures that students are really absorbing the learning goals established in each of the programs.

In AOL, activities or evaluations are planned that allow each of the learning objectives to be evaluated using traits. AOL allows to take actions that assure that students do learn. 

IESA complies with the Assurance of Learning (AOL) procedure to guarantee the achievement of the organization's mission.
